Product development

Protein development is more than choosing a protein source. We define the nutritional targets, flavour profile, serving size and product format before moving into production. The Protein Builder helps you define the main product requirements. We use that information as the starting point for formulation, sampling and specification.
Packaging
Ready for the shelf.
We can combine production with tubs, pouches, labels and production-ready artwork. If you already have approved artwork or packaging specifications, we can work with those too.
Production
Manufactured to your product specification.
Mixing, filling, packing and batch release follow the agreed product specification and documented quality controls, including GMP, HACCP, laboratory testing and batch traceability.
For many protein products, custom production is possible from 300 finished units for powders and 5,000 for stick packs, depending on formulation and packaging format.
