Depending on the nature of the interaction, personal data may be processed. Our services are strictly business-to-business. We do not intentionally collect personal data from consumers or minors.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Callback requests: name, telephone number, country context for the number, best time to reach, and optional email if you provide one.

General messages: name, email, optional telephone number, message intent, and message body.

Manufacturing quote requests and Product Builder submissions: company name, contact name, email, telephone, country, VAT / tax ID where required, preferred contact method, product and packaging details, quantities, commercial fields you complete, optional PDF/JPEG/PNG/WebP files, and the builder configuration captured in that journey.

Security metadata stored with a submission may include honeypot outcome, spam classification, and an idempotency key. Cloudflare Turnstile tokens are sent to Cloudflare for server-side verification when Turnstile is configured; they are not used for marketing.

Technical data the host may process for security and availability (for example IP address used for a process-local rate limit, and ordinary server logs).

If you consent to analytics, measurement tools described in the Cookie Policy may process device and usage data. First-party session storage may hold a short anonymous journey snapshot that is attached to a successful manufacturing or builder submission; that snapshot is stripped of names, emails, telephone numbers and message bodies before it is stored.

3. Purpose of Processing

To answer requests, review manufacturing briefs, hold a commercial conversation, and operate and secure this website.

To send an internal notification to Sports Nutrition Co. and, when a mail adapter is configured and dispatch succeeds, a simple acknowledgement to the address you provided. Mail failure does not delete a stored request.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties.

This website does not take automated decisions with legal effect.

4. Legal bases

Personal data is processed on one or more of the following grounds under the GDPR: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request; compliance with legal obligations; legitimate interests such as answering B2B enquiries and securing the website; and consent where required (for example non-essential analytics).

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws. The live Sports Nutrition Co. policy states: business correspondence and client data up to 7 years (statutory retention); prospect and inquiry data up to 24 months.

Submitted website requests remain in this CMS until they are handled or deleted in the ordinary commercial record.

6. Recipients

Website hosting and the PostgreSQL database for this CMS (Payload) on the production host.

Sports Nutrition Co. commercial and technical reviewers who need the request.

Cloudflare, when Turnstile is configured, solely to verify that a submission is from a browser.

A transactional mail adapter, when Sports Nutrition Co. configures one. No specific mail vendor is named here because none is selected in this application. Customer addresses are never used as the From identity.

If you consent to analytics: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and/or Microsoft Clarity as described in the Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent for non-essential analytics, and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or another competent supervisory authority.
